Kodama meaning spirit of the forest.

A light made from wood, and joined without the use of screws and nails, with the exception of brass pins to hold its base in place. A focus on soft, meditative light to honor nature and resonate the spirit of ancestral hearth gathering.

Every Kodama was made by hand using select North American wood. A linen cord imported from Italy with a place to press the on/off switch with the foot. Gentle LED light that sustains without flicker.

The intention with Kodama is to make lighting the center of the evening’s activities. Low, meditative light as opposed to task-oriented or overhead lighting, promotes activities that are gentle, relaxed and preparing for evening rest.
